Jack Dyrhauge, an entrepreneur with ADHD and autism, is changing employment opportunities for neurodivergent job seekers. Dyrhauge founded Neuropool, a platform that builds neurodiverse talent pools for leading businesses such as Universal Music Group, Financial Times, and NTT Data. The goal is to help these companies engage and hire Neurodivergent talent from the community.

Dyrhauge studied A levels at City of Bristol College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Brighton. He also served as an Additional Member of the University Court at the University of Bristol and was involved in the Neurodiversity Employability program at the University of Bath.

Before founding Neuropool, Dyrhauge worked in various positions, including as a recruitment consultant in the Space sector at Huxley Engineering, business development manager at Radar Tech, and sales advisor at LuJam Cyber. He also served as the investor relations officer at The Acorn Collective, business development manager at Events and Summit Sales, and founder of The Next Steps Foundation.

With a dedication to empowering neurodivergent talent and helping them secure meaningful employment, Dyrhauge is on track to get 1000 neurodivergent people into work by 2026.
