Jack Chiu is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in brand and product research. He obtained his Master's degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Birmingham. Jack is the Managing Director of 益普索, a research consultancy firm, and previously served as the Senior Research Director and Head of Brand and Product Research at Kantar TNS. He also held positions such as Research Director at Kantar TNS, Associate Director at Research International, and Research Manager at Burke Taiwan.

With his strong background in research, Jack has worked with various organizations to provide insights on their brands and products. He is highly knowledgeable in the field of market research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches and leveraging his expertise to help clients make informed decisions.
