Jaanika Merilo

Jaanika Merilo is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with more than 20 years of experience in investment management and a passion for innovation and digital transformation. She holds several degrees from universities such as the University of Cumbria, Cornell University, and Estonian Business School. She is known for her work in eHealth, communications, and her efforts to transform Ukraine's digital infrastructure as an advisor to the Minister of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of health of Ukraine. Her expertise is further strengthened by an impressive list of organizations she has served with, including Funderbeam, ELEKS, OXYGEN Healthcare, and US Invest AS. Merilo also co-founded several initiatives, including the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA) and the Ukrainian Business Angels Network (UANGEL). Her experience in investment management and technology has been widely recognized, and she has been nominated by Google and Financial Times in the top 100 innovators category.
