Carla Mays is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in global equitable digital transformation, disaster resiliency, energy just transition, smart city, and transportation advising, strategy, policy, and planning.

Her skills encompass a wide range of expertise including Just Transition Planning in Climate & Digitization, Smart/Future City Policy Development, Transportation Equity in New Mobility, Emergency Preparedness in Climate Resilience, Research, Analysis, and Advising, Governance, Policy Development & Risk Mitigation, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Carla Mays has been recognized for her contributions through various fellowships including the Environmental Leaders Institute (ELI) with Liberty Hill, Hewlett, and Packard Foundations, SF ULI Pathways to Inclusion Fellow, San Francisco Resiliency CORO Fellow, Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) Fellow, and a United Nations (UN) Global Climate Action Summit Delegate.
