J. Manning Bolchoz

J. Bolchoz is a retired Colonel of the U.S. Army with extensive leadership experience and a background in computer science and engineering. With a Top Secret SCI security clearance and PMP certification, Bolchoz has led large, diverse organizations with direct responsibility for meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements while ensuring security. Bolchoz has also led intelligence and IT organizations with direct responsibility for managing IT, C4ISR, personnel, security, operations, intelligence, and logistics functions.

Bolchoz is a recognized innovator in command and control digitization and visualization efforts and has significant experience in the leadership and execution of large DoD contracts. With excellent communication skills and a broad range of experience in classified and sensitive military operations, Bolchoz has also worked as a caregiver and owned his own consulting business.
