He pursued his education at Universitas Trisakti, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management (S1) and later continued his studies to earn a Master's degree in Marketing from the same institution.

Ivan has held significant roles in several organizations, including being the Group Head of Synergy & Digital Project Management Division in the CEO Office at MNC Financial Services (PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk). Previously, he served as the VP - Group Head Digital Financial Services at Sampoerna Financial Group, held positions in Digital Banking Product Innovation & Strategic Partnership at Commonwealth Bank, undertook responsibilities in Business Alliance & Product Development for Branchless Banking/LAKU PANDAI at PT Bank BTPN Tbk, contributed to E-Commerce Product & Business Development at BLANJA.com, engaged in Merchant Partnership & Business Development at Maybank, and worked in Information System at Rabobank.
