Ivan Shishkin is an Executive Coach with 11 years of experience in the Tech industry, transitioning from a QA engineer to the CEO of an edTech startup with a team of over 200 members and managing a multi-million-dollar annual recurring revenue (ARR) business.

His coaching approach focuses on empowering individuals to be more resourceful, creative, and energized, guiding them to discover their inner answers and have the courage to act on them. Ivan combines various methodologies like co-active coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathing and embodiment practices, imagery work, transactional analysis, shadow work, strengths coaching, and mentoring to support his coachees.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT).
