Dave Alden is a seasoned professional with a rich background in leadership, particularly at Ford Motor Company, where he held high-ranking positions such as President of Southeast Asia & Japan and Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Service for Asia Pacific & Africa. Throughout his 32-year tenure at Ford, Dave's dedication to continuous learning and his growth mindset propelled his career forward.

Stepping out of his comfort zone, Dave transitioned to a startup environment, leading commercial efforts at CHEP Automotive Solutions in the Americas. Currently, he serves as a Vistage Chair, where he guides mid-market CEO and business owners in Southeast Michigan, fostering accountable and engaged employee cultures. Dave's approach to leadership melds the personal and professional realms, effecting meaningful change among his peers.

Balancing his professional commitments, Dave enjoys spending quality time with his family, comprising his wife and four children. An enthusiastic golfer and car enthusiast, Dave finds solace in his hobbies outside the boardroom.
