Iva Dimova is an accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in the market research industry. She holds Master's Degrees in both Work and Organizational Psychology, and Clinical and Consulting Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Iva's career began in market research as a Researcher at Noema marketing research. She went on to become a Senior Researcher and then a Client Service Director at the same organization. Iva has also worked at Synovate, where she held various positions including Client Service Executive and Senior Research Executive. At South East Europe Research Corp. (SEERC), Iva was the Director of Quantitative Research and later the Research Director. She also worked as the Research Director at cQuest Research and Consulting before joining Ipsos Bulgaria as a Research Director. Today, she is the Managing Director of Ipsos Bulgaria.

As the Managing Director of Ipsos Bulgaria, Iva is responsible for the overall management of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success.
