Iulia Istrate is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in coaching and organizational psychology. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca and a Masters in Cognitive Ergonomics, Psychology, and IT from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Iulia has furthered her expertise by studying at the International Coach Federation and Goal ImageryⓇ Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery™.

Throughout her career, Iulia has held various roles in talent management, HR, and coaching. Her experience includes being the Global Talent Solutions Consultant at Management Dynamics, Global Talent Consultant & ICF Certified Coach at STAQ, and EMEA Talent Acquisition Director at Vertiv Co. She has also served as the Global HR Organization Development Manager and Corporate Human Resources Manager Europe at Emerson Industrial Automation, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and organizational development.
