Isabel Alpers is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the industrial goods sector, particularly focusing on metals and mining. She is currently serving as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with a strong presence in London and Munich, where she specializes in various domains including (digital) strategy, innovation, target search, and transactions in the context of buy-side and vendor due diligence management. Isabel's expertise also extends to corporate venture building, low carbon & circular economies, as well as commodity markets.

Before her tenure at BCG, Isabel gained valuable insights as a Junior Project Manager for M&A and Carve Outs Projects at Siemens. Her career at Siemens saw her navigate various roles as a management trainee in both Germany and the US during her bachelor studies, shaping her diverse skill set and industry knowledge.
