Cem Bayulgen is a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in finance and investment banking. He holds a PhD in Finance & Political Economy from Bosphorus University and a Master's degree in Finance from the Texas A&M University - Mays Business School. Additionally, he studied High Performance Leadership Program at IMD Business School.

Bayulgen currently serves as Managing Director and Country Head at NBK Capital Partners, where he spearheads the development of private equity and alternative investments in Turkey as well as management of the investment vehicles. Prior to his current role, he was CEO at Tata Motors, where he led the development of car and commercial vehicles market in Turkey.

Before joining Tata Motors, Bayulgen was Vice President Investment Banking at QNB Finansinvest, where he helped manage a wide range of merger and acquisition, financing and capital market transactions.

Throughout his professional career, Bayulgen has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and expertise in finance, investment, and business strategy.
