With a background in business administration and management from Harvard Business School and a BA in Math and Economics from the University of Chicago, Irina combines analytical prowess with creative vision.

She is dedicated to developing projects that not only yield financial success but also contribute positively to the communities they serve, aiming to create enriching and meaningful guest experiences.

Irina offers advisory services to developers, investors, and operators on expansion strategies, project planning, talent development, acquisition/disposition, valuation, programming, and capital raising.

Her professional journey includes sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments, as well as spearheading acquisition and financing activities for lifestyle hotels in the US, Caribbean, and London.

Besides her work in the hospitality industry, Irina is a notable community leader with a focus on political philanthropy. She is a founding member of The Leadership Now Project, advocating for democratic future and policy shaping.

Throughout her career, Irina has held key positions in several organizations such as President and Founder at Highridge Search, Partner and Founder at Hide Advisors, and Co-founder / Development Partner at Arcadia Mountain Holdings.

She has also served as Executive Vice President of Hospitality Development and Partnerships at SUMMIT POWDER MOUNTAIN HOLDING GROUP, SVP of Global Development and Strategy at Gansevoort Hotel Group, and in various roles at Credit Suisse, American Express, LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, INC, and Merrill Lynch.
