Ziad Joumblat

Ziad Joumblat is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the hospitality and business sectors. He pursued his education with a Baccalaureat Francais, Serie D from College Louise Wegmann and furthered his studies with an MBA in Hotel Management from Cornell University. Subsequently, he completed a DESS in Hotel Management at ESSEC Business School and obtained a BBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Ziad has held significant positions in various organizations, showcasing his leadership and expertise. He currently serves as the President of Joël Robuchon International. His previous roles include Chairman at The Hummingbird Bakery, Managing Director at Kababji International - UK, Advisory Partner at Quilvest Private Equity, Managing Director at ZJ Advisory Ltd, Chairman at Big Fernand Restaurants Group, and Chairman at LATERAL Restaurants Group among others.
