Irina Listovskaya is a seasoned professional currently leading the design, product, and placemaking function at Ecoworld London, focusing on private sale and build-to-rent portfolios.

With a strong background in the industry, Irina spent seven successful years at The Collective, where she played pivotal roles across various departments and contributed significantly to the company's expansion into a global business with multiple offices and projects.

She led innovative efforts to establish a new housing typology, starting from site feasibility, planning, architectural design, interiors, to construction, setting new standards for community-driven real estate.

Irina Listovskaya holds a Diploma in Architecture from the Glasgow School of Art and a degree in Arts, Design, and Environment with a focus on Architecture from the University of the Arts London.
