Ira Bryck

Ira Bryck is a family business expert and entrepreneur with over four decades of experience helping leaders grow. He began his career as President and Co-owner of Barasch's Kidstore, a 4th generation childrenswear business. Afterwards, Ira founded and directed the Family Business Center of Pioneer Valley, which provided resources and support for family-owned businesses. He is currently a senior advisor at Giombetti Associates and a host of the Western Mass Business Show on WHMP, where he has interviewed over 300 entrepreneurs. Ira also coaches business owners, facilitates executive peer groups, and develops personality assessments for personal and professional growth.

Throughout his career, Ira has become an expert in family business dynamics, leadership development, and strategic questioning. He has merged his passion for theatre and entrepreneurship and has written three plays on the subject of family businesses. His latest work, A Tough Nut to Crack, is based on his experiences at Barasch's Kidstore. Ira also developed a blended format of strategic questioning and role playing aimed at assisting entrepreneurs in finding innovative solutions.
