Ingrid Haar

Ingrid ter Haar is an experienced leader in the field of education, having served in various leadership roles such as director of a large school in Amersfoort, meerschools director in Amsterdam Noord, and interim-director in Amsterdam Zuidoost. She is currently the project leader of MOOI?!, an educational project focusing on citizenship, participation, and sustainability for primary schools, which she personally developed. In addition, she is a co-initiator of Quiet Amersfoort i.o. Ingrid's passion lies in development and bringing about change, working with enthusiasm and resilience. She excels in bringing order and structure to chaos, embracing vulnerability as a challenge. Her approach empowers schools, fosters responsibility, and drives results. Her driving force is the belief that children cannot choose good education - it is up to parents, teachers, directors, and boards to provide it.
