Inga Dulska

Inga Dulska is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in providing support to investment funds, their managers, and investors as well as financial institutions. She offers advisory services on corporate and commercial issues in the Polish market, with a focus on investments by business angels, VC, and other funds. Inga has managed numerous projects involving restructuring investments using both Polish and foreign funds for affluent individuals and entities. She has expertise in asset management, real estate management, financing activities, and debt trading.

In addition to her work with investment funds, Inga advises Polish banks, financial institutions, and distributors of financial instruments on investment product structuring and regulatory compliance, including MiFID II, PRIIP, IDD, AIFM, and consumer regulations. She also assists start-up founders with seed capital, growth stages, and investors/funds with their investments.

Inga Dulska's notable experiences include implementing a securitization closed-end investment fund for a leading Polish bank, handling projects for international investors in the real estate sector, advising various fund managers on regulatory issues, and negotiating depositary agreements with TFIs.
