Among my responsibilities :

*Handled high-volume full cycle recruiting for a plethora of positions, including but not limited to Technology, Engineering, Corporate, marketing, graphic design and Sales positions (of all levels) in a fast-paced environment, adhering to recruitment best practices, tight deadlines and aggressive hiring goals

*Proactively recruited and sourced high-calibre candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, social media (linkedin,  facebook, twitter, Instagram , meetups , blogs etc),advanced Boolean searches, placement agencies ,referral programs and unique sourcing techniques.

*Conducted comprehensive phone, frontal and HR screening and professional interviews, extended and negotiated employment offers according to established procedures, assisted with new hire orientation.

*Managed the applicant flow through ATS for assigned requisitions

*Graduate and university recruiting - experience in liaising with alumni associations and the recruitment of graduates for a variety of positions

*Full cycle/stack recruiter: end to end sourcing & recruitment of candidates for a plethora of positions  both technological and non tech

*Strong .direct and constant contact with the hiring managers

*formatting original job specs and posting,  initial screening ,phone interviews. follow up etc, leading the way to successful on boarding) 

*Proactively source, develop, grow and maintain a robust scalable pipeline of passive prospects (software engineers,DevOps,Algorithm, product, designers etc)

*Utilizing an array of sources/methods to identify and attract talent (Boolean, x-ray, targeted company research, alumni groups, technical user groups, job boards, resume databases, meetups, social platforms etc)

*Vast experience with ATS systems and an assortment of external platforms (including Asana, Trello etc)

Sourcing Specialist & Recruiter (At Spot.IM &Panaya via Perfecta HR)

Sourcing is a lot like magic, which basically made me the resident Harry Potter of the office.
My role included digging deep into every possible hiding place a brilliant coding mind could be found. 

Apart from the usual platforms (linkedin, github, stackoverflow, meetups etc), I always knew how to channel my inner Mary Poppins and find great professionals at unique locations.

My added value when recruiting them was my approach - never a generic "cut and paste" bulk message. I always got to know them using their social online presence and digital footprints, and I made sure I "lured" them into the dark side with style , a bit of humor and above all 100% professionalism all the way from the get go. 

I was also in charge of delivering sourcing workshops and training new employees with al that is sourcing related.

As a Talent Aquisition Expert, my role was to take the candidates skills, mix them with the marketing and recruitment tools I had at my disposal and ensure they were perfectly matched with the best job for their wants and needs.
