Imran Khan is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in Machine Vision, Image Processing, CUDA based algorithm development, FPGA design using VHDL/SystemC simulation, embedded software development, and digital signal processing.

He has extensive experience in new business development, technology/product development, and offshore technology development, making him a versatile professional in the tech industry.

Imran's specialties lie in Image Processing and Machine Vision using CUDA, VHDL and SystemC co-simulation, multi-core programming, multi-computer applications, scalable hardware-agnostic object architectures, visualization using Visualization ToolKit VTK, and GUI development using QT.

He pursued his BS in Avionics at the College of Aeronautical Engineering in Karachi and continued his education with a Masters in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Digital Signal and Image Processing, at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Imran Khan has held key positions in reputable organizations including Chief Technology Officer at SoftServ International Corp, where he was also the former owner. He has also worked as a consultant at Draper Laboratory, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Starrett, Mercury Computer Systems, PictureTel, Perception Technology Inc., Metrabyte Corporation, Recognition Technology Incorporated, and Intertel Corporation.
