With a background in Financial & Management accounting, Imran excels in business planning, budgeting, MI reporting, and regulatory reporting, optimizing cash flow, Opex, and Capex expenditures for cost savings.

His expertise extends to M&A's, JVA's, Asset Management, and managing diversified Investment Portfolios exceeding USD 275 million.

Imran has a strong foundation in Supplier Management Programs, tender processes, contract management, and team leadership in achieving business objectives.

He holds various qualifications including CGMA, FCMA, ACMA, and a BA in Finance. Imran has held key roles in organizations like Ferratus, SAH Bahrain Proton, Qatar Mining, Qatar Petroleum, National Grid, British Gas, and TC Group Plc.

He has served in leadership positions such as Deputy CEO, CFO, Finance Director, and Head of Finance, IT & Procurement across multinational firms and regulatory bodies.
