Igor Gvozdkov is an experienced banking professional with over 12 years of experience in various fields of activity. He has worked with large corporate clients, particularly those in the oil and gas industries and energy sector, as well as public corporations with revenues exceeding $100 million. Throughout his career, Igor has organized deals worth over $1 billion, analyzed over 3,000 different companies, and conducted talks on investment projects. His expertise ranges from digital transformation solutions to crisis management, capitalization and subsequent sale, corporate finance, attraction of investments, cash flow management, financial and tax planning, and opening businesses in Russia and the CIS.

Igor earned his bachelor's degrees in state and municipal management and collection and analysis of information from Российская академия народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте РФ (РАНХиГС) and Military engineering space Academy named A. F. Mozhaisky / (Mozhaysky Military Space Academy) respectively. He also studied civil law at Vladimir State Humanitarian University and took various courses, seminars, and conferences on tax planning, cooperation in the investment and technology sphere for the oil and gas industry, and more.
