Ideen Rahvar is a highly experienced data analytics professional with expertise in consumer products. Originally from Bergen County, Ideen earned his Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management from Babson College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE. He has a proven track record of connecting business stakeholders with the best Data and IT solutions across both consumer products and financial services. He is a PSPO Certified Product Owner Level 1 and has a wealth of experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, market share analysis, and data-driven decision-making tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, SimilarWeb, Oracle HFM, Smartview, and Excel.

Ideen's professional experience includes his current role as Manager E-Commerce Business Analytics at Johnson & Johnson, where he plays a key role in connecting global leaders in the consumer industry product, to data and IT solutions. Prior to this, he worked for Reckitt as Manager Global E-Commerce Data & Analytics, Product Owner Global E-Commerce Data, and a Global eCommerce Business Analyst. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Hyperion Consultant at CFO Solutions, LLC.

During his undergraduate school, Rahvar served as a Resident Assistant and Supervisor at Babson College, where he also honed his skills as an Information Assistant and FME Mentor. His interests include entrepreneurship, negotiation, and building meaningful connections with stakeholders from all around the world.
