    Ida Telalbasic is a Product-Service-System Designer with a deep expertise in service design for social innovation and sustainability.

    She holds a Ph.D. focusing on democratizing economies through non-monetary service models, a project recognized as a finalist in the European Transnational Network for Social Innovation Incubation.

    Ida has actively engaged in co-design and prototyping initiatives with co-working spaces in London and Milan, supported by entities like The Young Foundation, NESTA, and Social Innovation Exchange (SIX).

    Her professional journey includes contributing to a start-up project dedicated to developing collaborative services for enhancing social innovation in smart cities, which garnered recognition in various incubation programs like Social Innovation Camps UK and Bar Camps Italy.

    She has also spearheaded efforts in formulating scaling-up strategies for social enterprises and organizing global service jams catering to academia and industry professionals.

    Currently, Ida serves as a Lecturer at the Institute of Design Innovation at Loughborough University London, where she is actively involved in research, teaching, and enterprise activities in Design Innovation Management. She also fulfills the role of Programme Director for Entrepreneurial Design Management.

    Moreover, she imparts her knowledge as a visiting lecturer at Central Saint Martin's College and Ravensbourne in London, focusing on Innovation Management and Business Design, respectively.

    Ida's primary areas of expertise encompass design research, service design and strategy, co-design facilitation, start-up mentorship, and design thinking. Her work also extends to the design of incubation programs for fostering innovation.
