Ian Tay

Ian Tay is a highly accomplished business leader and startup evangelist with a diverse range of experience in research, marketing, demand generation, and ecommerce. He is the founder of PixaRoll, a mobile photo gifting app that became the top service provider in Singapore, with more than 350,000 images processed from 2012-2016. Ian also co-founded the Testing Ground, an initiative that assists startups and individuals in testing their ideas with Lean Startup methods. As a founding member of the Singapore Lean Startup Circle, Ian has organized monthly meetups and worked closely with various VCs and government bodies to facilitate greater conversations and promote Lean Startup methods in the startup ecosystem. He has served as Business Development Manager at HP Photo Centre, Marketing Sales Planning at Fuji Xerox Singapore, and Financial Advisor at Manulife Financial Singapore. Currently, Ian is working as a Solutions Builder at Microsoft Partner and previously served as Demand Generation Manager at Stacck, a management solution for F&B businesses.
