Crispina Tay is a highly educated and accomplished professional in the field of medical devices regulatory affairs and technopreneurship. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs and studied Technopreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the National University of Singapore, where she achieved straight As in physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics. Crispina has held various senior positions over the years and is currently the Director of Global Technology Scouting and the Director of Singapore Accelerator at Genesis Medtech Group.

Before joining Genesis Medtech Group, Crispina was a regional technology scout (external innovation acquisition)-Asiapac at Boston Scientific. Before that, she worked at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research, where she was the Assistant Head of Medtech and a Senior Officer. Crispina also worked as a Project Manager at Neuro Diagnostic Devices, Inc.

Additionally, she is a former Evaluation Panel Member of the JUMPstart Program at Nanyang Technological University- NTUitive Pte. Ltd. and a former Industry Mentor for the NUS Lean Launchpad Program at the National University of Singapore. Crispina is a visionary and well-rounded professional with unique expertise in the medical devices regulatory space and an excellent track record of making valuable contributions to her field.
