    Ian Scott is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and educational leadership roles.

    Previously serving as Vice President at FUSE Corps, Ian collaborated with local government leaders to launch initiatives addressing racial disparities in various sectors including housing, health care, public safety, climate justice, and economic development.

    During his tenure at TNTP, Ian held multiple roles such as Partner, Senior Strategist, and Director, where he worked on critical human capital challenges, school leadership development, district transformation, and professional learning in urban and rural communities nationwide.

    Ian also led the Indianapolis Teaching Fellows program, recruiting and training over 200 teachers for high-need schools in Indiana, initially starting his career as a special education teacher in Austin, TX.

    He holds a B.A. in Arabic and political science from the University of Notre Dame and has served on the board of trustees for Prospect Hill Academy Charter School in Cambridge, MA.

    His diverse background encompasses expertise in partnership development, fundraising, strategic planning, human capital management, education reform, and leadership development.
