Howard Rosen is a seasoned senior real estate executive with a successful track record spanning over thirty years in the commercial real estate finance industry.

Throughout his career, Howard has excelled in various aspects of real estate finance, handling over $500 million in commercial debt and equity transactions. His expertise includes originating, structuring, placing, and closing deals ranging from permanent, bridge, equity, mezzanine, to construction loans ranging from $1 million to $50 million.

Howard Rosen's experience covers a diverse range of property types such as office buildings, retail spaces, mixed-use properties, industrial facilities, multifamily residences, land development projects, horizontal and vertical constructions, hospitality venues, self-storage units, and manufactured housing.

Currently serving as the Managing Director at JRM Capital Group, Howard has previously held managerial positions at Rosenco International LLC, Capital Markets, and B10 Capital. He has also served as Managing Member at RCO and held roles at Deal Point Merrill in the Capital Markets Division, including Senior Associate and Owner of a self-employed venture.
