Howard Loewenberg is a seasoned investment banker with nearly 30 years of experience.
He specializes in working with high growth entrepreneurial companies and Fortune 100 enterprises, assisting them in capital raising, M&A transactions, and structuring.
For the past two decades, Howard has focused on companies engaged in off-premise IT services like colocation, managed services, and cloud communications.
His extensive career has also involved collaboration with financial services, sports franchises, media, and telecom companies.
Before joining DH Capital in 2014, Howard co-founded Signal Hill, leading its Investment Banking group.
He kickstarted his professional journey at Alex. Brown & Sons in 1985, where he managed various investment banking practices, including North American Telecommunications Group at Deutsche Bank.
Howard, a Yale University alumnus where he played baseball, holds an MBA in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Apart from his professional endeavors, he has been actively involved with organizations like the Friends School of Baltimore and The Samaritan Women, supporting human trafficking victims alongside his wife, Karen.
