Hossam Nabil started his career in 2004 with the biggest retailer in Egypt, focusing on implementing Best-In-World Tools and practices in Human Resources.

He is the Founder & Managing Director of STAY STRONG for People Solutions, a strengths-based HR consulting company helping develop leadership capabilities and team productivity.

Hossam is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Talent Assessor, and possesses over 10 years of experience in Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits.

He holds education in Strengths Finder-Accelerated Coaching, PMP Diploma in Project Management, TOT Diploma in Train The Trainer, HR Diploma in Human Resources, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

Previously, Hossam held positions at B.TECH as the Head of HR, Head of Organization Effectiveness, Head of Recruitment, and Recruitment Specialist.
