● SW architect and lead developer in the areas of wireless connectivity and operating system of hearing aids platform for:
 - ReSound LiNX 3D with main features of cloud based remote fine tuning, BLE fitting and security.
 - ReSound LiNX2 with the main feature of advanced smart phone APP controlling hearing aids.
● Working on wireless communication for hearing aids. Design and implement algorithms and protocols for Ear-2-Ear wireless communication, wireless audio streaming, wireless data control and wireless fitting using 2.4 GHz bluetooth technology.
● Working on OS and HW drivers to control hearing aids such as volume control and program handling, and communicate with radio chip and sound processing.

SW architect in System SW OS, PO

● Design the new generation algorithm platform for the hearing aids
● Ported algorithm features from the old algorithm package to the new platform
● Responsible for firmware developement, core features, system defination, system integration and system verification. 
● Responsible for the first complete algorithm design document, requirement specification and test specification
● Leaded restructuring firmware development environment for efficiency. wrote the coding guidelines for DSP developers. 
● Design the architecture of sound processing application for the hearing aid, and focused on compressor, classifier, noise reduction, data logging, auto steering and making ROM. Programming in ASM, C, C#, .Net. Python script, C++.

● Design mobile phone modem system, 
● Design DSP Algorithms for voice and packet data wireless communications, those algorithms are:
    -  Synchronization(automatic frequency control).
    -  Power controls(automatic gain control), 
    -  RF/ASIC/BaseBand modelling, 
    -  IQ mismatch compensation, 
    -  Modulation and demodulation
    -  Timing algorithm, 
    -  Coding and decoding,
