Hon. Lloyd Levine (ret.) is a highly experienced strategic executive manager at T-Mobile, a renowned Senior Policy Fellow at the UC Riverside School of Public Policy, and a respected former member of the California State Legislature. With a background in politics, public policy, and government, Mr. Levine possesses a wealth of knowledge in public affairs, communications, and academic public policy research. He has provided services to clients in various industries, with a primary focus on technology and green issues. Prior to becoming a consultant, he served as Chair of the Committee on Utilities and Commerce in the Legislature, representing the West San Fernando Valley.
Mr. Levine is widely recognized for his expertise in various regulatory and statutory issues surrounding technology, energy, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, video service, plug-in electric vehicles, and internet gambling. With a BA in Art, with an emphasis in Photography from the University of California, Riverside, and a Graduate degree in Public Policy and Administration from the California State University-Sacramento, Mr. Levine brings a unique blend of skills, expertise, and experience that allow him to collaborate with legislators, the governor, and other interested parties to shape California policy at the highest level of state government.
