Dr. Hollandts Xavier is a highly accomplished individual with a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and holds the HDR accreditation. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor at KEDGE Business School, where he imparts knowledge on entrepreneurship and strategy, while overseeing the Entrepreneurship major in the Grande Ecole Program.
With a strong background in academia, Dr. Xavier actively mentors students in constructing their business models, particularly within the scope of the school's incubator program. He also acts as the reference point for PEPITE, contributing significantly to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
His research primarily focuses on corporate governance and firm theory, with a specialization in agricultural issues. Dr. Xavier is a recognized expert in the field, frequently appearing in the media to share his insights. Notably, he coordinated the Alter-Governance research chair from 2012 to 2019, and his works have been featured in esteemed publications like Corporate Governance, Journal of Institutional Economics, and others.
Dr. Xavier's academic journey includes pursuing his Ph.D. in Management Sciences at Université Lyon 3, a Master's degree in Research in Management Sciences from Université Lyon 2, and further studies in innovation financing and agricultural sciences from renowned institutions like Université de Montpellier and VetAgro Sup.
Previously, he has held key roles at various prestigious organizations such as ESC Clermont, INSEEC Business School, and EM Lyon, where he served as an Enseignant-chercheur and Professeur affilié & research fellow. With a rich academic and professional background, Dr. Hollandts Xavier continues to make valuable contributions to the realms of academia and entrepreneurship.
