Workiva is a cloud-based connected and reporting compliance platform that enables the use of connected data and automation of reporting across finance, accounting, risk, and compliance.

At Workiva I primarily conducted evaluative testing on the entire range of Workiva's Enterprise products.

I headed up our Membership Programs Team, which oversaw the creation and execution of programs for Station's 200+ startups and 500+ membership base. The programs included the Startup Partner Program, Talent Network, Investor Program, Mentor Program, and other member services. 

At Station I worked with over 250 founders 1:1 to better understand their needs to then build out the most impactful resources with my team.

At Station, I work one-on-one with our founders to ensure they are getting connected with the right mentors, members, investors, and customers they need to grow their tech startups.

Startup Success Manager

Codesmith teaches computer science, full-stack JavaScript (notably React and Node), machine learning and software architecture preparing graduates for mid to senior engineering positions. The course also features preparatory material, extensive hiring preparation, and ongoing support with students’ job searches.

At Codesmith, I headed up all outreach efforts, including strategic planning of new events and programs, growth marketing, creating marketing automations to streamline workflows, tracking prospective students' application life cycles, and establishing partnerships with local and national tech companies to create new opportunities for Codesmith students. 

I also founded and directed Codesmith's Women in Software Engineering speaker series, and headed up other programs and efforts aimed to increase diversity in tech, including implicit bias workshops, scholarship initiatives, and partnerships with local and national non-profits focused on giving underrepresented groups a voice in tech.
