Drove sales process to bring in new accounts such as Apple Computer, Intuit, Travelzoo, and Walgreens. Developed sales enablement resources and training for internal Sales and Advertiser Development teams. Managed all early client service, tech support, finance, and legal aspects to build and grow the business.

First employee at a mobile fitness app startup that developed and delivered the first integrated fitness tracking solution approved in the Apple iPhone App Marketplace. Contributed to the initial business plan, product roadmap, feature validation and testing, product launch, and go-to-market execution.

Signed and launched product integration and co-marketing partnerships with leading fitness technology brands including Spinning, Polar Electro, Garmin, ANT Technologies, MapMyFitness, Training Peaks, and New Leaf Fitness. 

Took on product management responsibilities working closely with the software development team, including developing the initial QA process and public Beta program, managing the app release approval process with Apple, authoring all product documentation, and building and managing early customer support programs.

Responsible for Citrix Online worldwide channel partner revenue, programs, and marketing for the leading provider of on-demand collaboration and remote access solutions, including GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC. Led conversion of reseller program to referral agent model for direct sales into Enterprise and SMB markets. Recruited and activated over 1,000 partners globally during tenure.

Joined Miramar Systems team to run distribution and reseller partner programs for the Desktop DNA product line. Miramar was acquired by CA in March 2004. 

While at CA, expanded distribution and sales of Desktop DNA through corporate resellers (CDW, Insight, Spectrum, SHI) and launched CA Unicenter product line into key enterprise distributors (Avnet, Arrow, Access Distribution).

There, I built and managed a global reseller and solutions consultant channel of over 2,000 partners and developed key strategic alliances with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Sage Software, and Great Plains. 

I hired and led a team of 6 to manage alliance partnerships and developer programs supporting product integration and go-to-market collaboration with over 100 ISV partners. GoldMine Software changed its name to FrontRange Solutions in 2000.
