Himanshu Periwal is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator, currently serving as the COO & Founding Member at Oister, a private markets investment platform.

With an extensive background spanning over 15 years, Himanshu has held key roles in Private Equity, Fin-tech, and Product Marketing.

He was part of the launch team at Amazon in India and instrumental in leading its Product Marketing initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Himanshu spearheaded growth as the VP at ixigo, a prominent travel aggregator in India, contributing to its user base growth from 5 million to over 150 million.

Himanshu Periwal is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and NSIT, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

Beyond his professional commitments, Himanshu has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem, advising and investing in over 15 startups, including notable names like Urban Company and Good Glamm Group.

He has also shared his insights and expertise at various prestigious events and institutions, such as IAMAI, Google, and IIM Calcutta.

Himanshu's educational background includes an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from NSIT, and schooling at St. Xavier School in Jaipur.
