Hexi holds a Master of Science in Information System Development with Distinction from Hogeschool Van Arnhem En Nijmegen, and a Bachelor of Technology in Business Information Systems with Cum Laude honors from University of Technology Petronas.

With a wealth of experience in various roles at Commonwealth Bank, Hexi Andale has excelled as an AVP in Digital CASA & Payment Product Management, Digital Wealth Management Product Management, and Digital Payment & FX Product Management.

Prior to these roles, Hexi served as a Senior Manager in IT Business Partner & Analyst Lead for Payment & Switching Delivery, IT Business Partner Portfolio Lead for Compliance, Audit, Risk, and Human Resource, Manager and Lead Business Analyst.

Before joining Commonwealth Bank, Hexi worked as a Consultant in Business & System Integration at Accenture, an Analyst in Information System Project Coordination at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and an Assistant Manager in the Consumer Banking Alternate Channel Division at DBS Bank.
