Enrico Macs

Enrico Tambunan is an IT professional with 11 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Industry across Indonesia, Australia, and China. He also has 5 years of experience in Operations/Human Resources.

Enrico has extensive expertise in Project Delivery disciplines such as PMO, Project/Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Analysis. He has been involved in Core Banking System modernization/upgrade projects in various countries.

In his current role as the Portfolio Manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Enrico is responsible for overseeing and governing IT Project Delivery for the IT Delivery & Availability (ITD&A) Business Unit. His portfolio manages projects exceeding a $305 million budget and includes over 247 individual projects.

Enrico's previous roles include Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Manager Business Systems Analysis for Application Delivery at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia (PTBC), a subsidiary of CBA.

He is experienced in mid-level management, leading small teams, and engaging with C-level stakeholders. Enrico is a graduate of Curtin University of Technology and holds various certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITIL Advanced, Process Excellence, and pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He is also a member of the Australian Computing Society.
