In her previous roles, she served as an Event Manager, Creative Producer, Partners & Sponsoring coordinator, Zakelijk leader, Projectleider Ubuntu, and Traffic Manager. Hester's expertise in working with a diverse range of professionals and executing complex projects with precision makes her a valuable asset to any team.

She has experience working on large-scale events such as Rotterdam Pride, Wij Rotterdam, and Ubuntu Music Bandung.
