Hermie de Voer

Hermie de Voer is an immigration and Dutch nationality law expert with a strong background in assisting individuals with Dutch nationality matters. As the Chair of the Russia/CIS desk at Everaert Advocaten, he specializes in guiding Russian and other CIS nationalities through the legal processes of settling in the Netherlands. With a focus on re-obtaining, obtaining Dutch nationality, naturalization, and option procedures, Hermie assists former Dutch citizens, latent Dutch citizens, and prospective Dutch nationals. His expertise extends to advising foreign artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, companies, and individuals on obtaining work and residency permits in the Netherlands. Additionally, he handles family reunion cases based on Dutch and European immigration regulations. Hermie's educational background includes studying Law for his Master's Degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and European Studies at the University of Amsterdam after completing High School at Nienoordcollege Leek. Currently, he serves as an Attorney-at-law Partner at Everaert Advocaten Immigration Lawyers, having previously worked as a Paralegal at UPC Nederland and as a Personal Assistant at Unisource N.V.
