Monica Lira Bravo, a Dallas native, is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a notable background in immigration law. A graduate of The Hockaday School, Southern Methodist University, and Texas Tech University School of Law, she is a board-certified attorney in immigration law and the founder of Lira Bravo Law, a successful boutique immigration law firm. With a passion for helping the next generation obtain the right skills to succeed, she currently serves on the Dallas County Community College Board of Trustees, representing District #4. Her expertise lies in representing clients in matters relating to obtaining legal permanent residence and citizenship, work permits, fighting removal (deportation) orders, obtaining immigration bonds, and representing before Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Additionally, she is the founding chair of the Dallas Bar Association, Immigration Law Section.
