Herman J. Felton, Jr., Ph.D., J.D. is the 17th President and Chief Executive Officer of Wiley University, a position he has held since June 2018.13 He is an accomplished educational leader with a diverse background in higher education administration and law.
Education and Career Background
Dr. Felton earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Florida. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida and completed his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision at Jackson State University.13
Prior to his role at Wiley University, Dr. Felton served as:
