Herman Felton

Herman Felton, an accomplished CEO with a background in education management, is known for his leadership skills in nonprofit organizations, budgeting, program evaluation, and coaching. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Jackson State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Edward Waters College.

With over two decades of experience in higher education, Felton has served in several leadership positions. He is currently the President and CEO of Wiley College and has formerly held positions at Higher Education Leadership Foundation, Wilberforce University, and Livingstone College, where he served as Senior Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Advancement, VP for Institutional Advancement, and Director for Development, respectively.
