Henry Stewart, a former economics researcher at TUSIU and Newcastle University, is now the Chief Happiness Officer at Happy Ltd. With a degree from the University of Cambridge, he is a business guru listed in the Thinkers50 list and was shortlisted for the CMI business book of the year for his book, The Happy Manifesto. His expertise lies in creating great workplace cultures, giving engaging and interactive presentations, and making people feel good about themselves. He believes in no blame cultures, coaching instead of micro-managing, and trusting employees to make key decisions. Henry has experience in local governance, as Chair of Governors at Stoke Newington School and Sixth Form, and cycling, as he completed the Haute Route in 2016.
