Henrique Frayha is a Brazilian finance professional with an extensive background in M&A, retail banking, and financial services. He is the founder of Monte Caldas Finance, a boutique M&A firm that has executed several significant transactions, and acts as a board advisor for several fintech companies, including Policard, Credileads, JM&A Insurance, and EVO Acquiring Business.
Frayha has held executive positions in various multinational banks, including HSBC and Citibank, where he managed retail and consumer finance businesses in Brazil and Latin America. At HSBC, Frayha served as Vice President of Retail in Latin America, where he implemented changes in the distribution model for direct services and achieved significant growth in credit card, mortgage, and auto financing businesses. He was also President of Losango, where he led a restructuring effort to streamline operational processes, integrate back office functions, and expand the company's product portfolio.
Frayha holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a post-graduate degree in marketing from the same institution. He is currently a partner at L3 Monte Caldas Finance, which includes Holding de Investimentos.
