Nicole Anasenes

Nicole Anasenes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and operations within the technology sector. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ansys, a leading engineering simulation software company, a position she has held since December 2020. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Squarespace from 2016 to 2020, where she played a key role in the company's growth and preparation for its IPO.13

Anasenes has also held significant positions at Infor, where she served as CFO, and at IBM, where she spent over 17 years in various leadership roles, including CFO for the Cloud Computing Business and the Software Middleware Group. Her expertise spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and market development across both mature and emerging markets.24

In addition to her operational roles, Anasenes has served on the boards of directors for both Ansys and VMware, contributing her financial acumen to guide these organizations.35 She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from New York University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.24
