Nicole Anasenes
Nicole Anasenes is a seasoned financial executive with a broad spectrum of experience across various industries. With a strong background in enterprise software and services, as well as consumer technology businesses, she has been instrumental in driving key transformative initiatives throughout her career. Having held roles ranging from CFO/COO in emerging businesses to business unit executive positions in large organizations, Nicole has delivered results in both developed and emerging markets.
As a Wharton MBA graduate, she has helped lead the launch and scaling of emerging businesses, as well as transform mature companies into high-growth models. At IBM, she was a member of the founding team of IBM's cloud computing business and the lead executive in building IBM's SMB services businesses in emerging countries. As CFO at Infor, a $3bn global application software company serving enterprise clients worldwide, she helped drive their transition to the cloud. Most recently, as CFO/COO at Squarespace, she helped build the structure for a pre-IPO company to become public ready and support explosive growth.
Nicole's specialties include M&A, treasury, FP&A, accounting, business controls, HR, legal, customer support, offering development, new market development, business transformation, organic growth strategy & execution, emerging markets, scaling startups. She is currently a board member at VMware and has held similar positions at Ansys, where she was also SVP & CFO and Infor. In addition, she has held various financial executive positions at IBM, where she started as Executive Assistant to the CFO. Before IBM, she worked at Bain & Company, where she was a Summer Associate, and International Business Machines, where she held roles ranging from Business Development Analyst (M&A) to Treasury Executive.
