Henning Jakob is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur with a passion for digital transformation and sustainable finance. His mission is to help organizations achieve sustainability in their strategy, business model, and practices.

With 12+ years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, change management, and organizational development, coupled with 6 years of leadership in B2B HR SaaS sales and business development, Henning has worked across various industries such as healthcare, energy, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, IT, banking, and the public sector.

Having lived in Germany, the US, Poland, France, and Denmark, Henning offers a diverse perspective to his work. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking and biking with his family.

Henning Jakob holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial and Network Economics from Technische Universität Berlin. He also studied Economics at The Johns Hopkins University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at Goucher College.

Henning has held key roles in organizations like Danske Bank, where he served as the Strategy Execution Lead and Chief Strategy Consultant. He was also the Co-Founder & CEO of DearEmployee GmbH, Manager Product & Technology at XU Group, Quality & Release Manager at Trust2Core GmbH, and held positions at other notable firms like Becker Büttner Held Consulting AG and Leipziger & Partner GmbH. Additionally, he interned at the Economics Department of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
