Helena's educational background includes a High School Diploma from VIII Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Władysława IV, a Law degree from University of Oslo (UiO), a Master's degree in Law from University of Warsaw, a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and studies in Business Administration and Management at Université catholique de Louvain.

Throughout her career, Helena has held key roles in various organizations, serving as an Innovation Coordinator and Legal Engineer at Dentons, a Legal Tech Consultant at Simonsen Vogt Wiig, a Project Manager at Centrum GovTech, an Intern at Centrum GovTech, a Trainee at CMS, a Legal Intern at Kolmers Legal, a Business Development Trainee at Business France, an Intern at Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and she also had a Summer Job at the Finance Directorate at the European Investment Bank (EIB).
