Helen Goldstein is an accomplished wellness professional with over 20 years of experience delivering wellness programs in workplaces, conferences, and luxury resorts globally. She is an expert keynote presenter, having delivered presentations at conferences worldwide, including Shanghai Yoga Week. Helen has also coached and consulted with yoga studios and wellness practitioners to help them grow their businesses successfully. Besides, she founded the Workplace Wellness Academy online training to meet the growing demand for corporate wellness trainers in 2012.
