Anoop Rao

Anoop Ratnaker Rao is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse range of experiences. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and coach with an extensive portfolio ranging from for-profit enterprises to non-profit foundations. He has been a remarkable leader and recipient of global recognition for his works.

Anoop is a graduate of Little Flower High School and Junior College with an academic background in management, hospitality, tourism, and global leadership. He earned postgraduate diplomas from the César Ritz Colleges and participated in the Harvard Kennedy School's Global Leadership and Public Policy program.

Anoop has held various leadership positions across different sectors, including compliance, information security, management consulting, healthcare, and hospitality, for companies such as ADP, GENPACT, Naandi Foundation, and The Ritz-Carlton. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Naandi Foundation, where he led the implementation of social entrepreneurship initiatives, such as the Naandi Water project.

Anoop's professional experience also extends to community service, where he has worked with numerous organizations, including the Hyderabad Roundtable 8 and the Forum of Young Global Leaders. He is a trustee with the Kalakriti Art Gallery, and he mentors various fellowship programs. He is also a Vipassana meditation practitioner and an aspiring Yoga teacher in the Krishnamacharya tradition.
