Heidi Diamond is an accomplished educator who has extensive experience teaching business, technology, and workforce-related subjects at various colleges in California and New York. She studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, got her MBA in Business Administration from Baruch College, and pursued Spanish Literature at New York University.

Heidi served as the Dean of Business and Technology, Interim Dean of Business and Technology, and Business Division Chair at different educational institutions in California. She also worked on several innovative projects, including the SB 70 Workforce Innovation Partnership Grant and served as a Faculty Accreditation Liaison at West Valley College.

In addition to her work in education, Heidi has also had experience as an Employee Relations Manager at St. Vincent's Hospital, a Contract Administrator at Doctors Council S.E.I.U., an Employee Relations Assistant at VA Medical Center, and a Labor Relations Representative at NYS Nurses Association.

Currently, Heidi works as an Educational Consultant at Diamond Capture Group, where she uses her expertise to help students and institutions navigate the complexities of education.
